Bulgari since 1884. The Bulgaris descend from an ancient family of Greek silversmiths. The founder Sotirio Bulgari began the company in the small village of Epirus where he manufactured precious silver objects. He opened his first shop in 1884 in Sistina Rome. In 1905 with the help of his sons, they started the flagship store in Condotti which is still operating today.
The brothers expanded the business on their deep interest in expertise of jewels, precious stones and watches. In the 80’s the BVLGARI watch was launched and became an instant worldwide success. Since that time Bulgari also referred to as Bvlgari introduced their leather goods, Bulgari Handbag and Bulgari Bags and eye-wear collection in 1998 and immediately gained huge popularity among the rich and famous. Celebrities are often spotted at the world renowned Condotti store.
