All handbags are NEW and are GENUINE and have a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.  We purchase from the Designers and Authorized Dealers only.  We do NOT purchase handbags that have been liquidated from past-seasons, or are closeout or overstock goods.  That is, all handbags we sell were purchased by us from the respective designers' current season collection or were pre-session ordered by catalog or invite. All merchandise is inspected by experienced staff, and we receive all necessary credentials (NAFTA, CBSA & CBP, original designer invoices, authenticity certificates / tags / labels / holograms / ...) to ensure authenticity.  Should ever a handbag be proven by a reputable source to be non-authentic, it may be returned for a full refund.  We welcome authenticity checks, and can provide our customers with names of third parties who verify authenticity of handbags.  Please click here to see a listing of third parties that provide opinions on authenticity of handbags.

We do not use stock photos.  All of our handbags have been photographed by us and the pictures that are displayed for sale are of the actual handbag you will receive. All handbags shipped are fully ensured and tagged with our customized serialized security tags.  Please note, for LaBosh Handbags and several of the Sobella Handbags we ship direct from the Handbag Designer to the buyer.  All conditions still apply. All of our handbags are 100% authentic.  We will not tarnish our reputation by selling anything but authentic handbags.

About Carry Me Please


Carry Me Please is a online designer boutique that sells only authentic designer handbags at discounted prices. Therefore, we have very little overhead cost and can pass our savings on to our customers. We ship worldwide.

 

Currency and Purchase
 

Carry Me Please charges in USD currency only.  The currency conversions supported on the Carry Me Please website are intended for our customers' viewing convenience only.  Our Shopping Cart will inform you of your total purchase cost in USD before completing your purchase.  Please take notice of your total cost in USD as this cost will be the charge to your credit card company, PayPal, or Google Checkout.  Should there be a discrepancy caused by currency rate conversions between the Carry Me Please receipt and your credit card, PayPal, or Google Checkout receipt, the currency conversion rate used by your (customer) credit card company, PayPal, and Google Checkout will be held as the correct rate.


Shipping and Insurance

We process shipping on weekdays and Saturdays for the holiday season. All weekend purchases will be shipped out on Monday. All purchases made on a holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your item after payment has cleared. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.  In the rare and unfortunate event a package is lost, stolen or damaged we will assist you in filling out all pertinent paperwork. Please note all items will be fully insured with declared value minus shipping (all shipments will be declared with limits of liability the full value of the purchase). Buyer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and/or taxes (separate from the item's cost) upon receipt of shipment. 

How do I Return or Exchange an item?

We will happily accept Returns for Exchange or Full Money Back.  (Full Money Back Guarantee applies to the purchase value as displayed on your Carry Me Please receipt less any shipping costs.)  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept unused merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached, serialized security tag attached, dust bag included if applicable and original packaging for a full refund or exchange.  Original packing slip must accompany returns as well as any wrapping materials, dust bags, etc.  Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition."  Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
 
  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way with original packaging and accessories included
  • The Carry Me Please serialized security tag(s) must be attached and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached and unaltered.
We accept returns as long as we are contacted.  Please contact us if you intend to return any items back to our store.  Free Shipping and Returns details include:
  • We accept returns from all destinations/countries.
  • We ship free to U.S. and Canada. We also ship free to most destinations/countries on orders over USD $1000.00. Shipping options will also appear at check-out.  Please click here to see our shipping policies (shippers and shipping options).
  • Customers are responsible for all Returns shipping costs. 
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
  • We must be contacted within 60 (sixty) days of you receiving the shipment if you intend to return or exchange any items.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than noted in that item's  particular item description.

Returning Your Item

Please contact Carry Me Please for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Address to return your item. If the Return qualifies for Free Returns, we will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label to attach to the original shipping box.  Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.  Check your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Exchanging Your Item


Please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Return shipping is free for exchanges. We will send you a pre-paid UPS voucher to return the purchase to us. We will also send your new order at no additional shipping cost.  One exchange per order.
